Presentation Template & Resources

At Opswat, I worked on numerous presentations for events, prospects and other purposes. During the process, I realized that I can scale this effort by creating a template and a library of various commonly used resources. So, with a goal of empowering anyone in Opswat to be able to create consistent and great looking presentations I produced the following:

PowerPoint Template
With general guidelines about typography, colors, and layout

Key Slides
Containing the most common slides used at Opswat so people can make the presentations faster by simply copying these slides as needed.

Diagram
Opswat uses a lot of diagrams to explain how the product works. These diagrams are needed by many so to drive speed and consistency I documented various commonly used diagrams.

Stock Images
Images are very important in creating presentations and sometimes if people are not aware of the proper usage rights it may lead to problems. So we created this library that had all the approved image where we bought the rights to use them. Also, having a library encourages people to use images which they otherwise may not have thought of and thus enhancing the overall appeal of the presentations.

Opswat Logos
The creative team was getting a lot of requests for Opswat product logos so to simplify the process, I just documented all the logos in various formats in one place. This allowed anyone to just go there and download the needed logos without any dependency on the creative team.

Customer & Partner Logos
Marketing and sales teams usually needed to use our customer and partner logos in their work so we documented all the right logos in good quality.
